    I would really like to know what you have found to be best on diaper rash??

    Austin Family Adventures: I can tell you the best thing for diaper rash is simply air. Take a pre fold diaper and a snappy and let your little one play on a towel on the floor for as long as possible. Use water and washcloths instead of wipes, dry the bottom with a hair dryer after each change and be proactive by using Vaseline or coconut oil on the bottom as soon as your little starts antibiotics or shows signs of a runny nose.
